Compliance intelligence
for the decarbonisation era

Navallogic Solutions builds software that helps the maritime industry verify costs, navigate EU ETS and FuelEU compliance, and operate with full transparency.

01

Opaque ETS Surcharges

Cargo owners pay billions in EU ETS charges with no independent means to verify whether the calculation reflects actual verified emissions.

02

FuelEU Penalties

Greek operators alone face €175M in projected FuelEU penalties. Pooling markets exist but function without any transparent price discovery mechanism.

03

Drydock Cost Opacity

A $23 billion annual market managed by email chains and spreadsheets, with no independent quote benchmarking and no neutral platform.

04

MLC Compliance Gaps

Vessels accumulate labour convention violations for months, surfacing only at port state control detentions costing $50,000 per day in off-hire.

Our Products

One platform. Every compliance challenge.

Focused, rapidly deployable software for specific regulatory pain points. No bloated suites. No six-month implementations.

How CarbonBridge Works

From invoice to recovered funds in four steps.

No system integrations. No replacement of existing platforms. Upload your invoice and receive a legally-referenced audit certificate within 48 hours.

01

Upload Invoice

Submit your freight invoice containing the EU ETS surcharge line item in PDF or CSV format via the CarbonBridge client portal.

02

THETIS Verification

CarbonBridge retrieves the vessel's verified CO₂ emissions from EMSA THETIS-MRV and calculates the actual ETS liability for that voyage against the EUA price on the date of surrender.

03

Audit Certificate

A legally-referenced certificate states the verified EUA liability versus the amount charged, with the delta clearly quantified and source data cited.

04

Recovery

Use the certificate and our dispute template to recover overcharges from your carrier. Average identified recovery runs €8,000–€60,000 per audited voyage.

Why Navallogic

Built for the industry, not about it.

We are not a technology company that identified maritime as a market opportunity. We are a maritime-first company building precisely the tools we wish had existed.

01 — Precision

Regulatory Accuracy

Every calculation is built on the exact EU ETS and IMO formulae as published in regulation. Each audit certificate is traceable to verified EMSA THETIS-MRV source data and is legally referenceable in a commercial dispute.

02 — Independence

No Conflicts of Interest

We do not own a shipyard, trade EU allowances, or represent a classification society. We carry no commercial relationship with any carrier. Our only interest is accurate, transparent data for every party to the transaction.

03 — Speed

Operational Immediately

The first CarbonBridge audit is completed within 48 hours of onboarding — with no integration, no IT project, and no replacement of existing platforms. Results available before the next invoice arrives.

04 — Transparency

Pool Price Index

Our free weekly FuelEU Pool Price Index is the only published benchmark for compliance pooling rates — providing a market reference where none previously existed and benefiting every participant in the exchange.

Who We Serve

Every party in the compliance chain.

EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime create obligations and commercial disputes across the entire shipping value chain. CarbonBridge is built to serve all of them.

We build where regulation meets the real world.

Navallogic Solutions is a maritime technology company focused on the regulatory layer of decarbonisation — the complex, fast-moving set of IMO and EU rules reshaping the commercial economics of shipping at a pace the industry's existing tools were not designed to handle.

Our thesis is straightforward: the most significant financial pain in maritime today is not caused by fuel prices or freight rates. It is caused by regulatory opacity — the systematic information asymmetry between those who issue compliance charges and those who pay them. We close that gap.

Based in India, operating across the European maritime clusters of Piraeus, Hamburg, Rotterdam, and Limassol, we combine genuine maritime domain expertise with modern software engineering.
